What is Coaching?
Coaching is one to one guidance with a Manager or Director with significant leadership responsibility. As work environment and responsibilities change, key staff leaders may need help to sort it all out. A coach provides a sounding board and guidance to adapt as complicated situations arise.
How Much Time?
A coaching arrangement is usually several months. Every situation is as unique as the individuals involved but usually has four phases:
Coaching process includes getting acquainted, designing a plan, direct coaching and wrap up. And confidentiality is always honored.
